19 & 20 September 2016 – Inter-faith dialogue, Trinity College Dublin

“One of the best interfaith initiatives we have been involved in”- Dr Rev Ken Newell

“It was good to learn about alternative approaches that did not shy away from the daily difficulties”- Anon.

“Were there more of such participants in the region that the likelihood of peace would be more assured. My fear is that there are far too many of the ‘I am right, so you are wrong’ sort of persons on both sides for there to be a resolution in the near future. But, then, I never thought that I would see peace in Northern Ireland in my own lifetime…so, let’s hope and pray that I am no less wrong about this conflict in the Middle East”- Anon.

EPMED and the Irish School of Ecumenics hosted a two day track II dialogue conference engaging speakers from Palestine and Israel regarding inter-faith dialogue, and faith-based progress in peacebuilding and cross-community engagement.
